ACTOR: N NATIVITY, I EXPERIMENT WITH A DRAMATIC ROLE, THAT OF JOSEPH.
NOTE THE ATTRACTIVE GLASSES MARY IS WEARING. CAN’T RECALL ANY MENTION
OF MARY’S VISION PROBLEMS IN RELIGIOUS TEXTS. THAT’S THE BATONS DONKEY.
I HAVE A POCKET FULL OF LUCKY STRIKE CIGARETTES TO GIVE HIM IF HE ACTED UP.
JIMMY ALWAYS SUPPLIED JOSEPH WITH CIGARETTES FOR THE DONKEY. NO MENTION
OF LUCKY STRIKES IN THE BIBLE EITHER. FMC ALWAYS DID A LIVING NATIVITY SCENE AT
CHRISTMAS. LOOKS LIKE JANIE HEARRON OR KAREN O’DELL AS MARY.

HERE’S A BOYS ROLLED UP JEANS PICTURE. THIS WAS DONE SO WE WOULDN’T
OUTGROW THEM BEFORE SCHOOL WAS OUT. WE USUALLY WORE OUT THE KNEES BEFORE SCHOOL WAS OUT ANYWAY.

Pileup
I'm the cute big kid. The little urchins were trying to tackle me, without success I might add.

That is a bassoon. The same instrument Earlene played as a matter of fact, the horn I am playing in this picture it the exact same horn Earlene played, as
best Bob and I could figure out. This picture picture was on the wall at Williams Music Company in Shreveport for decades and may still be for all good ad.
This bassoon belonged to Katheen Hortman before Earlene Mendenhall played it.
The oldest bassoon in the Minden collection was a Conn. Later, Bob purchased a Fox, which was a better instrument. Still later, like early sixties, he
purchased a Schreiber.

Darrell James is the big guy on the floor. He is a civil engineer and architect. Behind him is
Loraine McNabb, our elder member, who is basically a grandma to the masses. Next is
Susan Hamilton, who manages a dental office in Ruston. Next is me. The fat animal in the
picture is Susan's daschund, Scotty. He would make three average weeny dogs.
